I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The food tasted below average, and the service was the worst I’ve encountered. Despite complaining about undercooked food, they sent the same dish again. The cutlery was old and looked bad, and the teacup had noticeable stains. Furthermore, they removed the water bottle from our table without asking. I hope they address these issues promptly and improve their overall quality.
To add to the frustrating experience, initially, they declined my card for bill payment. After insisting, they finally accepted the card, creating unnecessary inconvenience. This further added to the overall dissatisfaction with their service and highlighted the need for improvement in their operational efficiency.”
I have always had a very pleasant experience. The sweetest gesture is that they even compensate for their slow service with complimentary organic kehwa and a dessert for everyone. One of the best desi restaurants Lahore has to offer.
Kid-friendliness: Often seen the staff entertain being playful towards my son. Which definitely wins my heart!
To rate my overall experience it was 7.5/10. The food was average, it wasn’t an extraordinary experience or something that my father can’t whip up at home. The taste wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t the best or exactly up to the hype the restaurant has gotten. The desi murgh yakhni didn’t exactly have desi murghi in it. We were served with complimentary drinks which looked like slushies and tasted something like a mint margarita candy. Very sugary. Their service is a lil slow, although our server was a quick on his shoes guy but it seemed like of all the staff he was the only one taking orders. Ordered a mint raita and a zeera raita and received two mint raitas.
The food was 10/10. Very good and tasty food despite us going close to kitchen closing time. Cannot fault the food. Prices are also very good for a fancy restaurant. The atmosphere and decor is very nice too, perfect for a nice dinner or lunch as outdoor area is very nice too. Sohail was our waiter for the evening and he was very helpful and took care of us well. Only fault I would find in this restaurant was the facilities available to families was zero. We went with a 10 month baby and they did not have a baby chair or a baby changing station in the bathrooms. This was a bit of a shock to me as I thought this was the bare minimum as loads of families would come to this resturant too? Apart from that it was a very nice experience, would come back once they have more facilities to accommodate families and babies.
