Mohammed Raza : My family and I have been ordering KH 2-3 times per week for the past 6-7 years but lately the customer service has worsened drastically. An order which customer service representatives said would take 45 mins-1 hour to deliver (it was started raining already when they accepted our order) was delivered after 2 hours and 15 minutes. To add insult to injury, the boxes of single haleem and qorma, which are usually 100% to 65% full, had 2/3rd of their regular quantity. When we complained the customer delivery service representatives told us kay iss mein tau thoda hi hota hai, as if we had ordered for the first time. Please fire such idiotic people and monitor your employees and riders tightly otherwise you’ll continue losing loyal customers like myself. And if inflation is eating into your margins just increase your rates like your competitors Indus Foods instead of making portions ridiculously small and adding cheap additives such as atta to haleem etc.
Muhammad Fawwad Hoorawala : Their servers has no respect customers they deliberately delay the orders (esp. small amount orders) as the think they will not get the tip and the manager there with big mustache, very confidently said we doesn’t care about reviews or social platforms if someone gives a negative review.
