Customer Review Emirates Airline Peshawar:

Emirates’ regional office runs its operations very efficiently. I can attest that my interactions with their staff have always been positive and professional. So, obviously, I have to endorse their services to any and all admirers of the Emirates.

MashALLAH The staff at the Emirates office in Peshawar has been wonderful to us. Fatima in particular was helpful; she got us in at a reduced student rate and was extremely pleasant to work with. When you need to get anywhere in the world, Emirates is your best bet. Thanks

UAE Embassies Staff in Peshawar are top-notch. The unfortunate reality, though, is that they have to put up with guests who lack the basic social graces necessary for effective conversation. Everyone that works there, from the gatekeeper to the police officers, displays the utmost professionalism and patience. They were quite thoughtful, and I pray that Allah rewards them for it.

The way lady Fatima was treated at the Peshawar location of the Emirates Office left me feeling really let down and repelled. Have flight amended with notice ide approached the office to ammend for an earlier flight, and this lady amended the booking while I asked for a reservation and to wait for my permission of the new flight path, and then she booked it with my approval. She needs to work on her manners in general, but especially now that tickets have been cancelled and are affecting our life due to the covid situation. Now I have to figure out alternative ways to get home. And I’ll be sticking with the phone helpline operator in Karachi because they were the most useful to me. Avoid fatima at the counter; she was really rude to my brother and made us sick with her dismissive tone and insistence that he “are you deaf, didn’t your hear me?” when we asked for clarification. She ought to take her job much more seriously and modify her tone if she wants to keep getting paid. Don’t do a job just for the money if you want to work in this industry; instead, show some enthusiasm by helping consumers who are struggling, just as I am in the covid circumstance.
