Customer Review California Pizza MM Alam Road:
It was my first time to visit California Pizza. We decide and went to the pizza kitchen. I love their environment such a beautiful sitting and their environment was excellent. We order their special flavored pizza Which was Arabic Ranch and would you believe they brought it just in almost 12 minutes and we eat and really enjoyed it. But one thing i noticed in their pizza that they put a little bit more mayonnaise which i can feel and giving the different taste. But over all it’s really nice.
The Worst Place you can go for a Pizza, the first thing you interact with are the staff at any food place you go to. If the staff is not willing to serve you no need for the food to be blamed. I hated every second being in there which I was there for just 10 minutes. Their Website suggested they have 50% off on all pizza, I went there and they said its just from Monday-Tuesday on them cards and I said why does it not say on your website he said I don’t know.
I asked him I don’t want to pay he kept card and said you have to pay. I said I don’t have to pay and give my card back, they guy kept insisting on me paying for the meal for the full price I asked for the manager and he voided the payment. No matter what don’t take customers card, or give them false information. Very rude behaviour. Parking: Arranged for bikes as well as for cars separately. Has wheelchair access as well.
If you are in liberty area and are in mood to have a good Pizza Time, then this is the place to Go. The staff was super friendly and helpful with suggesting you to chose the best pizza and deals + any discounts they run. The best thing I liked was that they run 50% off on entire menu on Monday n Tuesday. Rest a 20% discount if you have an Hbl account. The food place to sit was not up to mark but the pizza made me forgot about it.
Ambiance: overall ambiance is nice and the sitting area is quite spacious. I am giving 4 stars because they said the play area is closed.
Service: Service was good but not up to the mark as we had to call for someone to take our order.
Food: Pizza quality was good. My daughter loved it. But I would say pizza size is not good enough, large pizza didn’t feel like large. And prices are on the higher side. So I would say it lacks the part of value for money.
Overall good
