A trip there would be pure joy. Gorgeous natural setting. The service is lightning fast, expert, and spotless. This is a spot that I would confidently endorse.
The room we were given could use some TLC, if not the entire hotel. Aside from that, the place had great service, delicious meals, and stunning views of the landscape.
The Baloch Officer’s Mess is one of Abbottabad’s top attractions. The scenery and the building are stunning in such a peaceful setting. There are obviously entry requirements and show requirements, but they are fair and well worth it. The service is unparalleled, but the cuisine is just average.
The stay was fine, the tea was excellent, the meal was good, however the WiFi was poor and the cellphone network was spotty.Nice view of Abotabad; we enjoyed our stay but think Piffers Mess is a better option.
Very nice place, 2 hours from Islamabad, easily accessible, very good road, lots of rooms, average rent around $4,000 to $7,000 per night, very pleasant weather most of the time throughout the year, limited food options on-site but the main city is a 5-minute drive away, full mobile signals, TV cable also available, very good sitting area also available at the rooftop (but no eating is permitted there), and there is a very good ground within the complex. The hilltop setting was excellent, and I highly recommend it. If you’re looking for a quick getaway from Islamabad, this is the place to go.
The hotel has a really great outlook, is clean and large, has great service, and serves up some tasty fare. There are some really great coffee, ice cream, and quick food places right here. Good quality handmade products can be purchased at a reasonable price from the shop. The best thing is that the city center is only a short three-minute drive away.
